Testimonials
I’ve had the pleasure of working opposite of Kevin on an M&A deal and knowing him for years since. He has a keen sense for achieving his strategic goals while also helping the other party meet theirs. He’s been a pretty prolific dealmaker and for smaller organizations to be able to tap into that level buy-side expertise should be extremely valuable.
I had the pleasure of working with Kevin Foley on a complicated license and manufacturing deal between Ultradent Products and GSK. I recall the common ground solution-oriented approach he brought to the situation. He was especially adept at reaching points of agreement we could leverage moving forward. I specifically recall Kevin’s ability to build rapport that was helpful in keeping both sides engaged. Kevin’s experience with contracts, valuation, financial forecasting, due diligence, have been especially helpful. We look forward to working with Kevin in the near future.
Kevin and I worked together on the divestiture of ThermaCare from GSK/Pfizer to Bridges Consumer Health. The ThermaCare deal had a number of complexities any one of which had the potential to kill the transaction. Kevin took a commercially minded approach to problem solving in order to get the transaction to a successful completion. Kevin’s ability to achieve the desired outcome while at the same time recognizing buyer concerns is a rarity and takes a really collaborative mindset. Kevin’s creativity in deal making is a special skill that achieves results where I have seen others cannot.
I have known Kevin for many years and from the perspective of both small and large organizations I have helped lead. Kevin’s focus on the transaction with a good and fair outcome for both parties has been consistent. Being able to access Kevin’s years of industry knowledge and transaction expertise is a real value and potential gamechanger for smaller organizations that may not have such depth at M&A readily available.
