Kevin has two decades of experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, executing over 30 transactions exceeding $4 billion in value, including over a dozen integration programs. He has worked in many countries including, the USA, China, Russia, Brazil, Germany, the UK, Sweden, Poland, Italy, Denmark, Canada, and Japan. Kevin was Vice President, Global Corporate Development for GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare and Vice President of Global Business Development for Pfizer Consumer Healthcare and Pfizer Infant Nutrition. Before his career in Business Development, Kevin was Vice President of Marketing at GlaxoSmithKline for iconic brands such as Sensodyne, Tums, Polident, and Contac. Kevin began his global career with a series of progressively senior marketing roles at H.J. Heinz and GlaxoSmithKline in Canada before moving into Corporate Development.
